Speedi Mani (Series 3) is made to work as a complete system. The Primer Base and Sealing Top coat are designed specifically for each other, and when cured creates a beautiful and strong mani. This is why you get great results with just these two steps, no extra products needed. For the best finish, do not mix with other brands or ranges as they may not work well together.

1. What does the 2-in-1 system mean? Do I need separate base and top coats?

No. Our Speedi Mani system has a unique Colour tinted Primer Base and Sealing Top Coat. It is all you need with your nail lamp to give you a 10 minute long lasting manicure.

2. Can I use other brands' colour gels with this 2-in-1 Base/Top Coat?

For the best 10 minute results, we recommend using the full Speedi Mani system. Our 2-in-1 formula is made to work as a standalone product. Mixing brands may cause poor adhesion, bubbling, or chipping. Stick with Speedi Mani for a foolproof experience.

3. What happens if I mix with other brands?

Mixing different brand's products can affect adhesion and how long the gel lasts. It may cause bubbling, faster chipping, or even affect nail health. Our system is made for perfect compatibility at every step.

4. Is this system really faster than traditional manicures?

Yes. Traditional manicures need three layers (base, color, top), each cured separately. Our 2-in-1 combines the colour element with the Base and Top Coat, so you only need 2 layers. With its fast curing as well, you get a full manicure in just 10 minutes.

5. If I buy the Speedi Mani Starter Kit but later want to use traditional solid gels, do I need other products?

Yes. Our Solid Gels and BIAB gels need a separate base and/or top coat, which is different from our standalone Speedi Mani system. If you want both options, we offer the Nail Lover's Kit and Starter Kits (Solid Gel & BIAB). It includes base coat, top coat, and solid gel colours/BIAB gels, plus other tools . Choose Speedi Mani for speed, or the other kits for more colour choices and make more creative gel manis.

6. What's the difference between the Speedi Mani system and the traditional system? How do I choose?

The main difference is in design and use: Speedi Mani is a standalone 2-in-1 system for speed and convenience. Use it alone for a guaranteed 10 minute long lasting finish. The traditional system (Nail Lover's Kit) includes separate base and top coats that work with most standard gel polishes, giving you more colour variety and creative freedom. Many customers enjoy both: Speedi Mani for busy days, the traditional system for creative weekends.

7. What's included in the Starter Kit? What else do I need to begin?

Our Speedi Go Starter Kit includes everything you need to start: one 2-in-1 Colour Primer Base + Sealing Top Coat, a Nail Lamp, and a Nail File. Nothing else is needed for your first 10 minute manicure. Later you can buy more color gels. For traditional gels, check out our Nail Lover's Kit.

8. Can I mix products from both systems in one manicure?

We do not recommend it. The 2-in-1 formula in Speedi Mani has a different makeup than traditional base/top coats. Mixing them may give poor results. For best performance, choose one system and use its products for that manicure.

How many manicures can I get from one set?

Approximately 10-15 full manicures per set. Pro tip: Use equal amounts of Step 1 and Step 2 to ensure they are used up at the same rate.

What's the difference between Speedi Mani and traditional gel systems?

Traditional systems need 3+ products (base, gel colour, top coat). Speedi Mani delivers the same results in just 2 steps with a pre-tinted base and top coat, eliminating the need for a gel colour in-between.

12 Free

What Does 12-Free Mean?

A 12-Free label signifies that our product is free from the 12 most toxic substances often present in conventional gel and nail polishes.

Ambedo Solid Gel Polish Excludes:

Formaldehyde – Typically used to harden polish, formaldehyde is a recognised carcinogen. Prolonged exposure may trigger skin irritation, allergies, and has connections to cancers of the respiratory system.

Toluene – Responsible for the strong, chemical aroma in some polishes, toluene ensures even dispersion of colour pigments for a smooth finish. However, inhalation or contact may harm the nervous system, causing headaches, dizziness, or nausea, and is suspected to heighten risks of developmental issues during pregnancy.

Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) – Acting as a plasticiser and solvent, DBP enhances polish flexibility to resist chipping. Yet, skin absorption is linked to reproductive harm, fertility challenges, and congenital abnormalities.

Camphor – Artificial camphor lends a high-shine effect but may induce nausea, migraines, or lightheadedness with prolonged use.

Formaldehyde Resin – Though it strengthens nails, this derivative can irritate skin and compromise immune function.

Xylene – Used to maintain a smooth consistency, xylene’s harsh vapours (common in industrial products like adhesives) may damage vital organs, including the liver and kidneys, upon overexposure.

Parabens – These preservatives, prevalent in cosmetics, mimic oestrogen and are tied to hormonal disruptions.

Fragrances – Synthetic scents often contain undisclosed chemical blends that may provoke rashes, itching, or worsen skin conditions like eczema.

Phthalates – Added to increase product malleability, these chemicals are associated with heightened cancer risks.

Ethyl Tosylamide – This plasticiser and film-forming agent improves polish durability but raises concerns due to limited safety data.

Triphenyl Phthalate (TPHP) – A dual-purpose plasticiser and flame retardant, TPHP’s potential endocrine-disrupting effects remain under scrutiny.

HEMA – known for its adhesive properties, uncured HEMA can cause severe skin allergies and sensitivities.
